ABOUT MICHAEL MAGINN

Michael Maginn became a general contractor in 1976 and has built a respected reputation throughout Southern California for his expertise in construction and design. Over the course of his career, he has successfully built a wide range of projects, including single-family homes, multi-family developments, commercial buildings, and mixed-use properties.

Today, Michael proudly partners with his son, Jeff Maginn, continuing a family legacy rooted in quality craftsmanship, integrity, and strong client relationships. In his current role, Michael leads much of the estimating process and plays a key part in project design, city planning communication, and public agency submittals. His deep understanding of the construction process and attention to detail have made him a trusted and highly regarded contractor within the community.

Known for his professionalism, honesty, and collaborative approach, Michael values the lasting relationships he builds with clients just as much as the projects themselves. Many of his clients become lifelong friends through the experience of creating homes and developments together.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys boating, attending church, riding motorcycles, rowing, and spending quality time with his family.
