MEET Jeff Maginn

Jeff Maginn is a Southern California builder with deep roots in the construction industry and a lifelong passion for creating quality homes. He graduated from California State University, Northridge in 2012, where he studied civil engineering with a specialization in construction management.

Following graduation, Jeff began his career with the Raymond Group, a leading commercial construction company known for its work on high-profile projects. During his time there, he contributed to major builds, including work at the iconic Forum, gaining invaluable experience in large-scale construction and complex project execution.

He later joined Hopkins Construction, where he continued working on substantial commercial developments, further refining his expertise in managing intricate builds and delivering projects at a high standard.

In 2016, Jeff returned to his roots, joining his father, Mike Maginn, to carry forward the family legacy of building throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. Transitioning his focus to residential construction, Jeff has developed a reputation for thoughtful craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a client-centered approach.

More recently, Jeff has expanded his work into Altadena, where he is committed to helping families rebuild and return home following the devastating fires—bringing both sensitivity and purpose to each project he undertakes.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys motorcycle riding, boating, and spending quality time with his wife, Mandy, and their son, Cooper.
